As-Is: These containers do not come with warranties. They come as-is and they will have flaws such as holes, missing floor boards, or issues with the doors.

Wind and Water Tight Used (WWT): These containers are used, but will function well as storage for you. The doors will open and shut, the floor boards and door seals will all be in place. you can expect surface rust, no rusted through holes, minor dings/dents, and possibly some patching. We cannot guarantee the cosmetics, such as color on a used container, but we do have a 5-year structural warranty and 5-year leak warranty on wind and water tight containers.

Cargo Worthy (CW): These containers are used containers. Cosmetically, you can expect the same as wind and water tight (WWT). The difference with cargo worthy is that they are simply a higher grade of quality.

Single Trip/New: All containers are manufactured overseas. In order to get to the United States, they are loaded with one load of cargo to justify the trip. They are often referred to as new or one trip. They are as new as you can get. They will have very minimal, if any cosmetic flaws. If you are concerned for the appearance of your container, you may want to consider a single trip/new.

We use commercial depots for our deliveries. We do not have a private yard for viewing the containers. We have a gallery here with pictures and videos of containers we have recently delivered, but we don't have pictures of the exact container you will receive because we work on a 'next off the stack' model. When our drivers are picking up a container for you, they pull the next off the stack and perform an inspection to ensure there are no holes or leaks.

When preparing for your delivery, there are a few steps you should follow for an efficient delivery. Please ensure the delivery location is clear of any obstacles, such as vehicles or debris, so the driver has room to back in and unload the container. Our containers can be placed directly on the ground, a bed of crushed stone or gravel, or concrete. Having the ground prepped and leveled is best.

Please provide us with any special instructions or requests for offloading your container. For example, which direction you'd prefer the container to be loaded - if the container doors are facing the rear, the doors will be unloaded off the trailer first. By following these few steps you can ensure that your container delivery goes smoothly and without any hiccups.

We deliver with a pick-up truck and a roll off or tilt bed trailer for easy offloading in most cases.

We are a nationwide company. We use commercial depots to deliver containers to customers all over the United States. Our corporate office is located in UTAH.

Before you purchase a shipping container, please contact your local municipality to determine if there's any specific requirements in your area that may require permits or clearances for temporary structures and zoning regulations.
